Cancellation/No Show Policy
We request that you please reschedule/cancel your reserved service(s) with at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can accommodate other guests. Multiple cancellations/no shows without proper notice could result in the revoking of online booking privileges and the requirement of a booking deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
If, for any reason, you are expecting to be late for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (281) 359-3330 If you are late, it will be at the stylist’s discretion if they are able to provide the service at that time.
Gratuity Policy
Just a friendly reminder that gratuity cannot be charged via the credit card machine. If you wish to tip your stylist, the following methods are accepted: cash, check, and digital wallet apps (Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.)
Product Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
Child Policy
At Sanke Hairdressers, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.
In the event that you must bring your child, they are required to sit with you for all phases of your service, not unsupervised in the processing or reception areas. This policy was created with your child’s safety in mind, as our salon is not childproof.
Sanke Hairdressers stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. In the event your child becomes unruly and disrupts the other clients in the salon, additional steps may be taken to correct the disruptive behavior.
Electronics Policy
Please have your electronics on silent mode or use headphones.
